Milada Kolberg is a Prague born, experienced international Co-Productions and Acquisitions Executive. After studying in Frankfurt am Main and collecting first film distribution experiences at Twentieth Century Fox, she moved to Berlin to join the Acquisitions Department of Senator Film GmbH where she soon became a VP of Acquisitions two years later. In 2008 she took over the position of VP Sales and Acquisitions at Atlas Film & Medien GmbH. She traded international film rights and launched a Home Entertainment division that she successfully managed. 2011 she returned to Senator Entertainment AG, to run the newly established Sales & Acquisitions Department overseeing the licensing and sublicensing of the theatrical and TV rights including the library. In the course of her career she acquired over 250 films, with SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK, THE UNTOUCHABLES and PAN´S LABYRINTH among others. Between October 2015 and July 2019 Kolberg run her own outfit: the acquisitions and co-production consultancy MK Film. MK Film worked with various international and German clients (Celluloid Dreams, Port-au-Prince, X Verleih AG, Pinball London Films, 23/5 Filmproduktion, Tandem Films, Augenschein Produktion, etc.). In August 2019 Milada Kolberg joined X Verleih AG as Head of Acquisitions.
