Anne-Laure Berteau is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the Production Department of La fémis. In 2018, she founded the company Because the Night Productions in Paris. She produces and develops short and feature films, both fiction and documentary. Anne-Laure Berteau was the 2022 recipient of the Lagardère Foundation's Film Producer Fellowship. Since the end of 2024, she is the line producer of the short films of the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.
