Dorothee Martin studied cultural studies and artistic practice at University of Hildesheim. After graduating in 2010, she worked at the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film and most recently for many years at MFG Baden-Württemberg (regional film fund). Since April 2023 she has been working as programme coordinator of the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris.
