In a world in which humans are brought up to be slaughtered, Anton, a meat-factory employee, is torn between his duty and his love for his young protégé 733.
Caretaker Anton trains, massages and feeds his protégés until they are ready to be transformed into meat. This work has become a routine for him. His life is turned upside down when he meets 733, a smart and vivacious protégé. He starts questioning his work and his role in the system.
