Katharina Weser was born 1988 in Augsburg. After her Film and Journalism Studies in Germany and France, she worked as a freelance journalist and director’s/producer’s assistent for ARTE. During the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris she met Georg Neubert. Together they formed the production company Reynard Films with base in Leipzig. They specialise in short and feature films as well as web series. With a fox in their logo, Reynard Films is particularly interested in telling stories from the fairy world that dive into the surreal and magical; to a place that can only exist in films.
